The keysheets are the result of the project Building Municipal Capacity for ISWM Planning founded by the DFID’s KAR Programme in which 3 municipalities were assisted in starting up the planning process for a municipal waste plan. The activities undertaken have been reworked into keysheets offering hands on support and information for other planners in other municipalities.
